I was struggling with my self-worth and the cost of my hourly rate within my business, as well as approaching people about what I do without sounding desperate for work. Sarah helped me to speak to my existing clients with the confidence and knowledge that I was worth what I was asking for. Sarah also helped me to set up some structure within my business when meeting new clients. The results led to higher income and new clients!!

When I started working with Sarah my primary focus was on my work life. I was feeling stuck, I didn't know how to move beyond my perceived limitations which were holding me back and I was struggling to take the next step. Sarah helped me overcome limiting beliefs and decisions I had been focusing on that were crippling my growth both personally and professionally. Sarah helped me to identify skills and strengths that I hadn't been acknowledging and appreciating and to build on that foundation. Sarah helped me overcome setbacks along the way, to refocus and redirect to keep moving forward. I feel like I have made progress, am building momentum and heading in the right direction. The successes I experienced during the coaching journey weren't necessarily the ones I set out for but were the ones I needed. I had transformation on more of a personal level that has had a knock-on effect in other areas of my life.

When I started working with Sarah, I was not feeling confident, having a lot of self-doubt and overall feeling very uncomfortable in my own skin. Sarah helped me to come out of the shell and break down the barriers that I set up for myself. I am now more confident and feel more energetic with a less doubting voice in the background. I am also able to come out of the comfort zone and try new ideas without thinking too much of what’s going to happen. The confidence and inner peace I am feeling now would be the biggest success as a result of the coaching. I also feel a constant flow of energy when it comes to taking the next steps of any new ideas or initiatives. Now I often ask myself the question: what would be the worst thing that could happen? And by doing so, I stopped the habit of telling myself off when I know from inside that I am able to achieve the goal.
